'제3회 아시아문학 페스티벌' 오늘 개막…11개국 참여
'The 2020 3rd
Asian Literature Festival' opened today, 11 countries participating
The 2020 3rd Asian Literature
Festival, which introduces literature writers and their works in different
Asian countries, opened today.
This is the 3rd festival to
open since 2017. The 2nd festival was held in 2018 and from this year, the
festival will be held every 2nd year.
The Asian Literature Festival
is held with the purpose to help democracy, human rights, and peace succeed, as
well as promote the May 18th Democratization Movement spirit and to spread
the values and meanings of Asian literature.
This year, the theme is 'Moon
of Asia : 100 Years of Asian Literature - Myths and Women' which will be
held online through Zoom and a Youtube channel with the Gwangju Asia Culture
Center.
