Gwangju City Mayor Lee YongSeob(이용섭) states "Cheon DooHwan(전두환) punishment to set an example for May 18th violations"

Lee YongSeob(이용섭), the Gwangju City Mayor said on Nov. 26th that "(I am) looking forward to wise judgement from the judiciary division in the punishment for Cheon DooHwan(전두환), a historic criminal."

Mayor Lee released a statement during the day which said "The day of historical judgement is 4 days ahead.

Cheon DooHwan(전두환), the 'defendant,' has been undergoing trials for violating May history through his memoirs and defaming the deceased priest, Cho BiOh(조비오).

His 1st trial sentencing will be released on Nov. 30th."

Lee furthered with "This is the time to rectify history. Cheon DooHwan(전두환) must become an example for May 18th violators so that such violations will not occur again."
