UNESCO World Heritage to maintain May 18th Records

The Gwangju May 18th Democratization Movement Archives, the May 18th Commemorative Foundation, and the Chonnam(전남) University May 18th Research Center held a work agreement on Feb. 19th.

This was for the establishment of the May 18th Records Integrated Database.

These institutions possess the largest quantity of May 18th relevant records. Therefore, they decided to join to propel the academic, exhibition, and promotional events for the records.

This is greeting the 10th anniversary of such records being registered as a UNESCO World Heritage.
