Gwangju with 44 patients from 17 Child Care Centers and Schools, 943 under Quarantine in 1 week

Gwangju City is continuing with sporadic transmission centering on schools and child care centers with 44 new patients from 17 child care centers and schools in the past week.

According to Gwangju City on the 29th, there were 44 such patients added between the 22nd and the 28^th, while 6,303 underwent diagnostic tests and 943 were put under self-quarantine.

There were 271 new patients this month below 19 years of age, forming 30% of the total number of new patients.

Also, in the Jeonnam Office of Education, there was an employee confirmed to be infected on the 29th to total 9 related cases from the Jeonnam Office of Education so far.
