The Gwangju Jeonnam Research Institute said that the Preliminary Feasibility Study System Reformation should be reflected in the Presidential Promises.

According to the 'Gwangju Jeonnam Policy Brief' released by the Gwangju Jeonnam Research Institute on the 2nd, 61.5% of the national budget was focused on the capital areas and the Yeongnam(영남) district.

This is for the past 20 years that the national budget Preliminary Feasibility Study Pass and Exemption Projects showed this trend.

Therefore, the Gwangju Jeonnam Research Institute suggested that the Feasibility Study system should be divided to focus more on consulting rather than feasibility evaluations.
