conducting 'Adolescents 100 won Intra-City Buses' from Jan. 1st next year
Jeonnam’s Yeosu(여수) City revealed on the 17th that the 'Adolescents 100 Won Intra-City
Buses' program will begin from Jan. 1st.
This is following the previous operation of
Elementary Students 100 Won Buses since 2018.
As there were requests that the operation
should include middle and high school students, there was an online survey and
additional financial budget calculations that were reviewed to decide on the
Adolescents 100 Won Buses implementation.
Therefore, adolescents under 18 years of
age will be charged only 100 won for intra-city buses when using their passes,
with the rest of the fees supported by Yeosu City.
