Gwangju Geumnam(금남) Park transitions into Butterfly Garden

Gwangju Geumnamro(금남로) Park in the inner-city area will be transformed into a Media Art Night Theme Park, 'Geumnam(금남) Butterfly Park' from the 22nd onward.

Therefore, on the 20th, Gwangju City held an Onsite Demonstration at the Donggu(동구) Geumnamro(금남로) Park with the final touches made for the official opening.

The Geumnam(금남) Butterfly Garden will be a digital theme park where butterflies of light can be enjoyed at night.

This is part of the UNESCO Media Art Creative Belt Project where the Asia Culture Center as well as further areas such as Sajik(사직) Park to Yanglimdong(양림동) area will be establishing additional infrastructure.
