Gwangju to Wando(완도) Express Road construction next year with 360 billion won budget secured

Jeonnam's Wando(완도) County revealed on the 29th that a total of 360 billion won of project funds are secured for the 1st phase of the express road between Gwangju and Wando(완도).

This is for next year's project to connect Gwangju to the GangJin(강진) region in the 1st phase.

The express road project between Gwangju and Wando(완도) will have a total length of 88.61km, and a total of 2.7 trillion won is being injected for the 4 lane-express road to be built as a national mega project.

The 1st phase of construction is to be completed by Dec 2024, with 50% of the process currently underway.
