Mt. Mudeung(무등) accessibility improvement measures discussed with cable-car controversy issues

Gwangju City Mayor Lee YongSeob(이용섭) disclosed plans to discuss Mt. Mudeung(무등) accessibility improvement measures as controversy over the establishment of a cable-car or aerial cableway rose again.

The Gwangju Citizens Organization Council released a press release on the 29th and urged for " Mayor Lee YongSeob(이용섭) to withdraw the Mt. Mudeung(무등) aerial cableway discussion plans."

The Council furthered with "(It is) not only disagreeable from general citizens' points of view but also against the principles regulated by the laws regarding National Parks."
