Jeonnam Muan(무안) Duck Farm with suspected case of highly pathogenic AI

The Avian Influenza Central Headquarters revealed on the 31st that a duck farm in Jeonnam’s Muan(무안 ) had a suspected case of highly pathogenic AI.

The high-pathogenic status will be diagnosed within 1 to 3 days.

The farm has some 14,000 ducks being raised without any other poultry farms located within a 1 km radius.

As a result, the headquarters is operating several disinfection measures upon the farm with the Primary Response Team dispatched.
