Gwangju Police toughens drunk-driving crackdown during the year-end, beginning of the year period

Gwangju Police will toughen the crackdown on drunk-driving in the year-end and the beginning of the year period.

This is as there are continued drunk-driving cases reported amid the reinforced preventative measures for COVID19 that such a decision was made.

The Gwangju Police Agency and the Gwangju City Autonomous Police Committee revealed on the 31st that the crackdown will be toughened significantly with all available forces mobilized.

Also, at the districts with frequent drunk-driving cases such as the nightlife facilities and restaurants, the crackdown will be operated regardless of the day and night time.
