COVID19 transmission continues, Gwangju Jeonnam with 211 patients
There were 211 patients found in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions from continued transmission.
This is the first time that over 200 patients were found in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions, raising alarms.
According to the health authorities on the 7th, there were 87 new patients found in Gwangju yesterday.
These include additional cases related to an elementary school in the Namgu(남구) district as well as a child care center.
As for Jeonnam's cases, there were 124 patients newly added.
They included 44 from Mokpo(목포), as well as 28 from Muan(무안), 11 from Suncheon(순천), 10 from Naju(나주), and 5 from Yeosu(여수).
