Nursing hospital and schools with 133 patients found, the highest daily cases in Gwangju

Gwangju City recorded its highest daily cases with sporadic transmission continuing from nursing hospitals and elementary schools.

According to the City on the 10th, there were 133 new patients found yesterday.

This is the highest number of cases found in Gwangju City so far, followed by the 112 patients found on Jan. 26th last year.

The new cases include 22 patients related to a nursing hospital in the Donggu(동구) district where 69 patients have been recorded so far.

Also, 86 patients were added in the Jeonnam region. They included 33 from Mokpo(목포), 19 from Naju(나주), 10 from Hampyeong(함평), and 3 from Yeosu(여수).
