Fun City 1st Project, Character Land Establishment Agreement with EBS
Gwangju City declared an escape from
the 'No Jam(잼)' or 'No Fun' City by establishing a
character land along with EBS or the Korea Educational Broadcasting
System.
Gwangju City signed a work agreement
with EBS on the 10th at Gwangju City Hall in the business room for the
establishment of 'Fun City' Gwangju.
This is the first agreement signed by
Gwangju City to promote the Fun City Establishment Project.
Therefore, some 45 billion won will be
injected to establish a Theme Park by 2024 using space in the Gwangju Design
Promotion Center and SangAhm(쌍암) Park in the nearby area.
The Character Land will display
contents combining Gwangju City's Artificial Intelligence technologies with 22
characters owned by the EBS channel.
