Haenamgun District to Open Maze Park Next Spring
The Haenamgun district of Jeollanamdo will open a Green Maze Park next spring.
According to local authorities yesterday, the maze park is being constructed in Duryunsan Provincial Park with a budget of 5 billion won.
The reinforcement of the wooded park’s drain and supplementary planting is currently taking place and maintenance will be completed by this month.
The opening will begin this September once the construction of the administration building and the exhibition are finished.
The maze park is themed after a dinosaur, which is the symbol of the Uhangni Dino Fossil Site. To this end, the bridge is shaped like dinosaur egg while the administration building is shaped like a dinosaur’s head.
