Universiade Organizers to Work on Running 'Perfect Game'
Organizers for the 2015 Gwangju Summer Universiade released a plan to run the upcoming Universiade games according to the 'Perfect Game Scenario' through the close cooperation of the Prosecution, Police, Firefighting Headquarters, Military, Health and Food Safety authorities.
In the midst of growing fears over the spread of the deadly MERS disease, the organizing committee for the Universiade in Gwangju pledged effective measures for its prevention through strict quarantine of the disease at airports, train stations and bus terminals.
Organizers will operate customized hospitals for the athletes from June 26th to July 17th, offering medical service to the athletes and coaching staffs.
In addition, an 'Anti-terror and Safety Headquarters,' comprised of police, national security officials and firefighters will be in operation to secure the safety of athletes and stadiums during the Universiade.
