Jindo dogs from Park Geun Hye’s house adopted to Gwangju families
Among the Jindo dogs that Park Geun Hye left behind at Cheong Wa Dae when she left for her Samsungdong house after her impeachment was upheld, 3 have been adopted to Gwangju families.
Professor Lee Jae Il at Chonnam National University announced that he received requests from 3 local families at the end of March and brought the 3 dogs: named Happy, Modoo and Iru.
Happy was adopted to a Park family in Ilgokdong, Modoo became part of a Shin family in Suwandong and Iru was taken under the wings of a Lee family at Dongrim Complex.
Professor Lee selected the families based on their experience with raising dogs and having a yard for the dogs to play in.
Park Geun Hye left Cheong Wa Dae on March 12th leaving 9 Jindo dogs including Saerom, Heemang and their 7 babies behind.
