'Residence Price Drop', Daegu(대구), Daejeon(대전), Yeosu(여수) and 14 others lifting sector regulation

The government decided to lift regulations in 17 regions in the country given calming prices in the housing market.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 30th of June, the 'Speculative Overheated District and Adjustment Target Region Amendment Bill' was reviewed and voted on at the '2022 2nd Residence Policy Review Committee.'

Therefore, starting from July 5th, 17 regions including Jeonnam’s Yeosu(여수), Suncheon(순천), and GwangYang(광양) cities will be lifting such regulations.
